Hi, I'm Karen from Wolf + Panther Pet Service and NOVAHEART BEHAVIOURAL CONSULTING AND TRAINING.
For over 14 years, I have been serving the dogs, cats and families in the High Park and Junction areas in Toronto. I am now located in the Concord/Thornhill area in Vaughan since 2021.
I love caring for and connecting with animals. My goal is to foster a relationship of mutual love and respect for each other through ethical behaviour training.
I am excited to announce my certification in
ETHICAL DOG TRAINING (Level 3) along with a BEHAVIOUR SPECIALIST (Level 4) certification with Nordic Education Centre (2025)

WALKS
I practice positive force-free training and provide individual walks that benefit dogs of all ages, breeds, energy levels, and sociability.
Your dog will be walked at a set time in order to establish routine in keeping with your schedule.
I follow up with a daily text after each walk to let you know how they did and that they are safe back home.

DOG WALKS
Fees include taxes, invoiced weekly, payment options are cash or e-Transfer.
1 HOUR WALK
$35.
private walk, one on one, either a local walk or a leashed park option.
Price break for 5 consecutive days a week (M-F) $30 per walk
30 Minute WALK
$25.
private walk, one on one, local walk in homeowner's area.
Price break for 5 consecutive days a week (M-F) $20 per walk
WEEKEND FEES
$5.
A $5. fee will be added to Saturday and Sunday walk requests upon availability
MULTI-DOG FEES

walking multiple dogs from same household per walk
Puppy visits (up to 6 months old)

30 minute, potty time and clean up, playtime/walk, feeding if required
HOLIDAYS & weekends (upon availability)

additional charges for statutory holidays- New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Simcoe Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
DOG SITTING
Upon Availability. *PREFERENCE GIVEN TO EXISTING CLIENTS* A trial day is required prior to booking. Guest dog will have access to most of the home and backyard. In good company with my dog and cats. Never left un-monitored. Contact for more details.

TAXI SERVICE
Upon availability. Within the Concord, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Maple, Downsview areas. Safe and secure SUV with barrier, seat belt attachments for harness, crate for small dogs if required. Cats and other small animals must be in carriers. Pick up or drop off from vet, daycare, groomer. Email or text message for details

Yes. During our meet and greet we will discuss all the details and I will get a set of keys.
Other options such as using a lockbox or a door code to obtain access can be arranged.
Dog walking clients are invoiced weekly.
Cat client invoices payable prior to start dates.
Payment can be made by cash or e-Transfer
30 minute walks are kept to the clients neighbourhood local park and 1 hour walks have the option of being taken in the car to a park or remain in the clients neighbourhood.
Your feline friends are happiest in their own environment so I come to visit them and provide for their individual needs. Some are outgoing and friendly and will get all the attention they seek while others are shy and keep a distance so their boundaries will be respected.
I will feed them, refresh water dishes and scoop out the litter boxes.
I will also bring in any mail and packages and can water the plants if requested.
